Home Hazard Help is operated by Binat, Inc. Provider payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Provider billing
Home Hazard Help charges approved service providers for lead routing access, lead credits, or appointment-based billing. We do not charge homeowners for submitting a request.
Lead credits
Unused lead credits may be reviewed for refund within 14 days of purchase. Lead credits are not refundable after a provider reveals homeowner contact details for a matched request, unless the charge was duplicate, unauthorized, or clearly resulted from a technical error.
Monthly territory access
Monthly territory subscriptions can be canceled before the next renewal. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, but we may review billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or service access issues.
Booked appointment fees
Booked appointment fees are generally non-refundable after the provider receives the appointment details. We may review a refund if the appointment was created in error, duplicated, or did not match the agreed routing criteria.
Requesting a review
To request a refund review, email hello@homehazardhelp.com with your company name, Paddle transaction ID, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
